How long do rugs take?
1 to 3 weeks depending on size, plus shipping time for the option you pick.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We're happy to make a single custom rug.
What type of backing do the rugs have?
All the handmade rugs have an anti-slip backing on them.
How will I know how my rug is coming along?
We'll email you a photo proof of your design before we start tufting. Nothing gets made until you approve it.
How do I look after my rug?
Vacuum it on a low setting about once every 2 weeks. That pulls out any loose yarn fibres.
Merch
What merch can I get?
Tote bags, mugs, phone cases, keychains and stickers. You can buy them plain or add your own design in the builder.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one or a hundred.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. Every custom order gets a proof before we make it.
